Because of the bad weather recently, there is a possibility that the tournament will be POSTPONED or CANCELLED. But as of now, it has been decided that the event will still push through this weekend given that the rain will stop by tomorrow. Final decision will be released on Friday. Teams will be informed first before the public, of course.To answer everyone’s question about entering the Ateneo campus on the tournament days, YES, outsiders are allowed to watch the tournament inside Ateneo. This is why we imposed the entrance fee of P40 for those who want to watch the annual event.
In the event that the tournament pushes through, the core team has decided to put up a booth where Ateneans and outsiders can donate anything that can help those who were badly affected by the continuous heavy rain. Clothes, food, drinks, and cash are welcome. Other things that might help those who are homeless now would be great too. Rest assured that these will proceed to the student council of Ateneo and will immediately distributed to those in need.
We are hoping that everyone’s safe in their homes and people are taking the best measures to be careful.
